Second release of QGeo.

Features include:

* Support for multiple languages (currently german and english are translated)
* New type of coloring and legend for quantiles depending on a specified number
* Bug fixes for the old coloring
* legend and popups take data formats into account
* Support of various attributes/identifiers in the geodata (identifier can be selected)
